I needed an inspection report for insurance purposes.  The appointment was set up quickly and Kyle was very informative and thorough. I appreciated not being pressured into getting a new roof immediately but given a reasonable assessment and time frame and quote. The report provided was very detailed and included pictures. From start to finish, Taylor roofing provided excellent service. Extremely professional crew and attention to detail in all aspects of the job. From safety of their crew, completion of clean up at the end of each day to delivery of materials and equipment. Communication on every aspect was fabulous. Both Jamie and all staff were extremely accessible for any questions and keeping us well informed at every stage of the roofing job. At the end of each day Adam informed us of expectations and progress of the job. Big shout out to Adam for his professionalism, knowledge and approachability. After the job was completed, Jamie did a final walk around the property as a final quality control once the work was completed. I would highly recommend Taylor Roofing ( Oxford Mills / Kemptville).
